Return Policy
Return Policy for broken or defective items.
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items we must be notified within 15 days of arrival. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise.
Tiffany Styled Lamps Returns
All damages/shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging required for all returns. Shipments refused or returned is subject to 25% restocking fee plus freights. All returns require prior approval from Hunters Mini Mall. THESE LAMPS ARE NOT ORIGINAL TIFFANY LAMPS AND ARE IN NO WAY ENDORCED BY Tiffany and Company of New York. The term tiffany styled is used for descriptive purposes only.
